Who We Are

AGI (Agricultural Growth Initiative) is a member-managed Limited Liability Company (LLC) that operates under a two-tier leadership structure:

Board of Directors: Comprised of eleven members, the board oversees governance and guides the general direction of the company.

Management Team: A group of five experts responsible for the day-to-day operations of AGI's products and services.

In line with our operational framework, we offer new membership opportunities twice annually for individuals of Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria origin, who are eager to be part of this transformative initiative.

At AGI, our mission is to drive agricultural productivity and innovation by investing in food processing, supply chain optimization, and market access. Our goals are clear:

  • Food Processing and Distribution: Adding value to agricultural products and enhancing marketability.
  • Sustainable Agriculture Practices: Promoting eco-friendly and scalable farming methods.

We aim to ensure a steady cash flow to sustain agricultural ventures from start-up through their business cycles, focusing on
  • Product Diversification: We aim to diversify agricultural products and brand them to meet both local and international market standards.
  • Marketing: Our goal is to capture 10% of the regional agricultural market by 2027 through effective marketing strategies.
  • Productivity: We will introduce modern farming techniques and processing technologies to reduce production costs and improve yields.
  • Profit: Our long-term strategy is to increase market share, service quality, and product variety, fostering profitability and sustainability.
